Learning Aim:-


1. Introduction and outline of the training course and European funding support

2. Introduction to Leading Teams and dealing with team conflict.

3. Your role as a leader, team manager, and how to recognise and handle conflict effectively.

4. Understand different methods of preventing conflict and when/if external support is required




Knowledge of why conflict arises and how to prevent it. Develop techniques and attributes of good team leadership when conflict arises Be able to identify personality types and the impact on work performance. Be able to apply the knowledge in the workplace and improve work environment. Recognise good and poor practice and develop own style of leadership.

  • Under the EU funding rules, eligibility will be checked before the course commences
  • People currently undertaking a modern apprenticeship are not eligible for this funded course
