Alongside traditional apprenticeships Skills Factory will be trialling various other models for shared apprenticeships:

Higher subsidies of up to £3,500 for these trial models will apply. Subsidies are in addition to other grants and are not related to the age of the apprentice. All models are pilots and will be evaluated at the end of the project for effectiveness – therefore companies participating will be asked to participate in monitoring and publicity.
