Our Priorities
Planned outputs from the Black Country Skills Factory include:
1. Over 800 employers engaged with their skills gaps identified
2. Every employee who comes through the Skills Factory will have an individual learner record
3. Increase provision and take up of apprenticeships and industrial placements.
4. Creation of 'bite-sized' skills training courses for individuals in 'gap' skill areas
5. Black Country schools engaged via our Enterprise advisor network
